I had a wonderful service experience with Cambridge Car Solutions. Driving down the highway my brakes stopped working and thankfully I was able to pull into a safe space. Lee was able to tow my car to get fixed. He was able to drop me off at my house and delivered my car to me the next day after a thorough inspection and repairs were completed. I am grateful to the team for taking such good care of me. Highly recommended for customer care.

I am so happy that I called Cambridge car Solutions first when I felt hopeless and alone in a dark deserted car park with a dead battery!Lee responded to my message quickly and gave me clear information. He arrived like a 'knight in shining armour' to get me going for my long onward journey giving sound advice as well. Despite the wind and rain, he really put himself out, and charged very reasonably. 5 star recommendation to anybody in a fix!

After a bad, bad day and coming across some di@&#eads on the road my beautiful truck ended up in the river. I spent most of my day on the phone with the police who couldn’t be less Intrested and my insurance company, who were slightly more Intrested but very unhelpful. Found out I had to sort the vehicle recovery out myself. Got on the phone to Cambridge Car Solutions. These guys couldn’t be more helpful. Sorted everything out with ease. Kept me informed all the way through. Even sent me pics of the job being done. From the pictures I can only say ‘On that day Lee went above and beyond the line of duty to get a very difficult job done’. It’s a shame all companies can’t be as committed as these guys. Thank you again.

CCS helped to scrap my car for only 2 days !! I called them and the lorry came the next day on time!! The person in charge of towing the car named LEE was easy to deal with,friendly and helpful. The operator also very helpful. I must say that the process was very smooth and Lee transferred the money right after i signed the paper. And most importantly, they gave me the money what they had quoted me.tqsm and keep up the good work !!!!

Exceptionally professional and diligent! Lee really owned the problem and fitted me into their busy schedule asap. He helped me get my car towed and arrived in a timely manner and dealt with the whole situation so politely and kindly. Thank you so much.
