Halfords - Trowbridge

I went in to get some bulbs changed, Jason was great, really helpful and helped me to get the best deal for what I needed! He fitted new bulbs for me straight away and refilled screen wash, checked my wipers and indicators for free, would highly recommend!

It's rare I would post a review for an experience somewhere like Halfords. Yesterday I visited the Trowbridge branch and was so impressed with the service I received from Ashton and Sam T I had to write a post about it.Ashton was super helpful in finding the right car battery I needed and Sam T fitted it to the car. They both had a great attitude even though it was late and probably the last part of their working day.I would recommend this branch and in particular these 2 individuals who went above and beyond. Thanks guys, you did a great job.

Sammy served me at the end of the day on a Sunday evening and was very patient, kind and helpful. She booked in a dash-cam fitting after talking me through the various options. Will definitely come back and recommend Halfords to others.

My battery needed replacing, its a cold night and bless Jason changed the battery in no time at all. The customer service is 10 out of 10. Such a lovely friendly team ☺️ enjoy your evening guys

Car failed MOT, i was quoted £495 to repair i agreed to this and car was booked in for Friday as long as parts came in time, Friday came in but i had to call 3 times to be told they were unable to contact the supplier, 15.00 Friday call came saying that order was missed and there were no spares available in the whole of the UK. I gave up and contacted a supplier who ordered parts for me and i arranged for parts to be fitted to my car. I phoned Halfords Wednesday to book in my car for a MOT recheck, i was told this was booked in for Friday 8 am, I arrived 07.50 Friday to be told my car was not booked in !! The guy was very helpful and booked me in for 08.00 all complete at 09.00 but never to be used again

Went in to get a headlight replaced. Jason and Tobias were both really nice and friendly. Jason gave my car the once-over, and ended up teaching me a few things I didn't know. Would absolutely recommend this Halfords. Very efficient and informative.

Great service from the lady assistant (whose name I didn't read on receipt or jacket). Polite, cheerful (if a little cold after working outside) and very helpful. I left after about 10 minutes with replacement mirror mount and xxl phone case.

Halfords mailed me to say my order was ready.When I got there, it wasn't.Instead of a branded bike cleaner, I was given Halfords' own brand.The total order was for goods worth over £ 130.This is poor service, Halfords.
