2nd season on this syndicate,beautiful place very well managed and great group of members and bailiffs.

I am a member of the manor syndicate .A very well ran fishery with a great managment /baliff team. Some real stunning carp to go at too. Fully otter fenced and the welfare of the fish is their top priority, the future for this fishery is looking very good indeed.

Without doubt one of the best syndicates in the Midlands. Very well run, constant investment in fencing, facilities and fish stock. An incredible complex with some stunning fish. Plans for all lakes across the complex will only see it improve year on year and will no doubt be one of the top syndicates in the country!

Very lovely syndicate lake well looked after, in a private manor estate. Safe and secure. With carp ranging from 10lb - 30lb+.

I am a member of The Manor Syndicate and cannot state positively enough how well this complex is managed and maintained. The management and baliffing crews are always around and available if required and are very helpful and supportive. The complex has some of the best kept lakes in the UK. The pegs are easily accessible, spacious and not crammed together, providing each angler with plenty of water to fish. There are eco toilets on site and each lake is secured and otter fenced. The members are very friendly and have been very welcoming and supportive in my first season. The lake is continuously maintained by the site team / members so every peg looks pristine and clean as you arrive. The fish are growing well and many new fish are pushing over the 30lb barrier, some have cleared 40lb and with the quality of water management being applied, I expect many more will turn 40 over the next few years, making this a most desirable place to fish. All in all a cracking complex and a great Syndicate to be a part of.

I am a member of Penn's and I must say the members I have met are very friendly and are eager to help. The lake itself is challenging which I like. It's nice and quiet and holds some cracking fish.

Superb fishery where the fish come first . Rules that you would expect on such a professional run fishery by management. Scenic and a joy to fish . This is definitely one to watch very closely. Well done to the management who are always very approachable.
