Nice Camera bundle I got from there.Went there to fix my laptop, were trying to charge me a £60 just to diagnose the problem (+ more that I would have to wait to find out and if I chose not to go ahead with the fix they wouldn't have refunded the £60 and tried to blame it on me because of a small bump on a completely unrelated part of the laptop so apparently warranty wasn't going to cover it. They kept hold of the laptop for a few days and decided they couldn't even fix it so I took it to the Computer MOT Centre. In less than an hour I had a text saying my laptop had been fixed and it was going to cost £20 - 1/3 of what Curry's were going to charge me just to try and figure out what the problem was which is embarrassing.Products can be good if you do your research and find the best value items. Find somewhere else to get devices repaired at and never get any of their care services.

Has to be the worst experience in a shop in a long time. Paid for their cover on a laptop only to be told it wasn’t covered and I would have to pay. Was promised a fix it or replace within 7 days. 3 weeks later I’m still waiting. And having to buy my own parts to fix’s. Customer service is the terrible.

We use Curry's for s lot of our goods. Their insurance is excellent, 7 day replacement is as it says, no return it's replaced. Staff very helpful

Went to buy a laptop and was served by a great guy called Jack. More than happy to help and genuinely had the best customer service I’d ever seen. 10/10

Trying to get a staff member to help you is like winning the lottery, a supervisor was running around like a headless chicken saying they were short staffed and not doing enough to help out on the floor herself. Warehouse staff were on tills and about as knowledgeable as the bottom of my big toe. We eventually managed to get a laptop but thankfully we didn't need to ask any questions about it because the girl had zero clue about it, the store certainly doesn't live up to the TV ad. Sort it out Currys.

I'm wanting to thank a couple of wonderful staff in the Bangor store, Jack and David, who were massively helpful in regards to a recent purchase. Jack, you made my day with your wonderful, happy personality and your product knowledge was excellent. And David, tech savvy and so very helpful, the store is lucky to have you. Two wonderful young men who made for the perfect shopping experience. I sincerely hope management read this and acknowledge your worth. Again, a massive thank you to you both.

Decent amount of stock to browse, but have been a little let down by the service at times. Most recently when I wanted to make a purchase, and found around 8 staff members at the collections point, none at the tills (where the phone was ringing, unanswered). Could probably just be a little more observant just, but will be back again

Fantastic customer service today from Johnny Shaw, I needed all new kitchen appliances for my new apartment and he was so helpful and sorted me out with all I needed quickly including delivery on a day i requested plus installation service. Thanks so much for a great experience and he definitely deserves a bonus!

It was horrible! I bought a laptop 24 of August but it was not in the shop in that time. Our assistant said that it should arrive in 3 THREE days. So I agreed and paid for it. As my courses starts 12 of September. We came to pick it up 7th of September and they said that it is still not available. 8 people in the queue still before me and they cannot check what comes in every delivery. So for my courses I didn’t get a laptop. I think that they had to say that delivery can take from 3 day to 3 weeks, for example. And than I could decide if I need this laptop or another one. But I will not buy anything else there and don’t recommend anybody. Service is not nice at all.

Went in store to look for a television. Found it extremely frustrating that the info cards have been removed and replaced with scan the QR code. Several problems with that The signal in store is terrible so if I can scan can't get to details and over half the televisions were off of not showing a QR code. We walked out and went elsewhere!
