Hanley vineyard

Just had a wonderful baby shower with afternoon tea at the Vineyard. Maria went to so much trouble to make sure everything was perfect. Food all locally sourced and delicious. A perfect afternoon in a beautiful setting. Thank you.

What a wonderful time we had at Hanley vineyard, the whole experience was wonderful, the platters were scrumptious and the wine delicious. The owners, Steve and Maria were so welcoming and helpful , with the help of their lovely son James. We will definitely be back.

Today met a friend at the vineyard for lunch. Wow. We had such a lovely time here. The waiters were friendly and attentive but not intrusive. The food was delicious. We enjoyed a sharing platter packed full of local produce and with the bread crackers pickles and charcuterie it really was a great lunch. Maria was on hand to make sure we were looked after really well. Nice to have a mooch in the shop and see the work of some skilled local makers. Deserves the full five stars. Thank you.

We had a fantastic lunch with excellent service, food and wine. We spent a really enjoyable couple of hours chatting and grazing on the delicious local sharing platters. Brilliant service, really relaxed and a lovely environment to meet up with friends and family. Highly recommended.

This place is truly beautiful, and is located in an idyllic area of the Teme Valley. On the approach to the Vineyard it feels like you enter a completely different world.We ate in the Bistro on a Saturday afternoon and were not disappointed. The charcuterie board (deli board) was extremely delicious and was made up of local produce; scotch egg, meats, quiches and cheeses. Accompanied by some fresh bread, crackers and salad. The meal was also served with small jars of homemade pickles and chutneys. Everything was extremely tasty. We ended with a few desserts to share amongst the table. The chocolate torte was my favourite, however the lemon roulade and chocolate profiteroles were also superb.We ordered three bottles of wine during our visit (red, white, and rosé) which were all locally made and tasted wonderful. My personal favourite was the white wine as it tasted sweet and tropical.Our experience wouldn't have been 5* without the exceptional service from Maria and Steve (the owners). They are truly wonderful people and made us feel so welcome. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon. We will be back!
