Placed and paid for an order of fence panels on 13th June 2020. Had an automatic order confirmation. It is now 1st August 2020 and have heard nothing else from this company, they do not reply to emails or pick up the phone.

Placed an order 11th May paid for with Paypal. 21st May & haven't heard a thing. Tried phoning & can't connect, used their messaging service & had no reply yet. Communication is the key to good customer relations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent. Really Really pleased with this product, Willow Obelisk (special size ordered) Collected today, 30th September. Very helpful people and good communication. Would buy again worth the distance we had to travel.
