Kassgas carried out a boiler installation for us and we couldn't recommend them enough. Everything from initial contact and quote through to installation and invoice was professional, efficient and friendly.Before the installation, all options were broken down clearly and supplied as different quotes via their online system. Matt was helpful and patient in answering our questions and once we'd decided how we wanted to go ahead, the organisation of the install was easy and swift. For the actual installation, Matt and Billy arrived when agreed and made every effort to protect carpets by bringing along protective sheets as well as being conscious about removing shoes when coming in and out of unsheeted areas. We really appreciated this and it's certainly not something you get from everyone! Throughout the day they answered all our questions, letting us know how they were getting along, gave us a clear walkthrough of boiler features and capped off the existing wired thermostat given this was being replaced by a wireless alternative.They left the house just as they found it only with a shiny new boiler in place.If you're looking for a new boiler we would absolutely recommend and would choose them again. We'll be getting them back for the annual servicing. Great service, thank you (sorry we forgot to offer you tea!)

Again I needed rescuing once again to do with radiators. Each time I ring I am booked it either on that day or not too long afterwards and know they are extremely busy. Unfortunately Billy is lumbered mostly but Jack joined him this recent fault. They know exactly what the issue is, deal with it in record time, tidy, honest, reliable as well as engaging that I feel I have known them years. So thankyou so much Billy and Jack you are both stars plus Mira loved you too so more brownie points for you both. From a very much appreciated customer would definitely recommend.

5 star company! After being ripped off by another heating engineer I called Kassgas for a second opinion, They found my leak an fixed it next day when parts arrived .Came again later in the week to tryed everthing to revive my dying boiler,with no hard sell about needing a new boiler. I final bit the bullet and bought a new boiler and again they fitted next day, fantastic service and always happy to help. Can't recommend enough . Will call them next year when service is due.

We had an old boiler system replaced, and the guys came over within a couple of days of making the phone call. They were very friendly and explained everything to me, and explained exactly what they were going to do. We recently had new flooring and carpets installed, and I was very worried that it would all have to be taken apart, as British Gas had said. However, they reassured us that everything would be done without ripping apart the new flooring. Another thing that stood out to me was that they gave me options on how the pipes would look on the outside of the house, and they were very happy when I asked them not to make them visible on the front, even though this made their work harder and more time-consuming. They were so professional and cleaned everything up as they worked. I would definitely recommend them. They also did everything on the same day, which meant I had heating the very same day. I could not recommend them enough.

Awesome, new boiler installed, system flush and preservation additive added, all in under 5 hours! Great service from Matt and Billy, clean and very neat installation 2 really nice guys who fully explained how the boiler system worked and everything else we needed to know. Recently I contacted Kassgas to look at my heating system and make recommendations. Billy, the engineer, was very professional and very helpful. He ended up installing 4 new radiators and a smart thermostat. All the work was done on time, professionally and to the quoted price. They contacted me to check I was satisfied with the work and were immediately prepared to come out and make a couple of small adjustments. I can't recommend them more highly
