Green Motion Car and Van Rental Luton Airport

I just finished a one day rental with the company the car that I had was not well prepared period had no washer fluid a lot of road noise and was lumpy when driving. Only drove about 50 to 60 miles but on the return journey the checked engine light came on. Making it a very stressful return journey when I got back to the office the young assistant was flippant and when I told him the car isn't fit to go out before he let me finish he said that in your opinion" you taking the time to ask me what the problem was. My attitude would have been better. If they do not fix this car before they send it out again the next customer is going to be very unhapp"

Getting there on the bus from the airport couldn't be eaier. The Pick up and drop off of the car was fast and staff super friendly and helpful. Everything was done digitally and really made the process so easy. The car available was fantastic and was in great condition. I would certainly pick green motion again as my preferred car rental over all the other car renal agencies. I won't bother looking at the others now that I know what good looks like. Thanks.

Very good experience with this rental company. I received the quote for the 7 days rent which was much cheaper than other providers.I rented the estate car for a week. I received almost the brand new car. Everything was good and hassle free. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience hiring from green motion. I tried to call a couple of times and I couldn’t get through which was irritating but they were responsive on email so it was fine. They even gave me a better car than I reserved so I was very happy with that. Returning the car all good as well so all in all a 5 star experience! Cheers

The staff, Ephraim and Bart, were very polite, friendly and helpful and the transport from the terminal to pick up and drop off the car was very easy, quick and free. The car was clean and as requested and the price was competitive. We would use again.

The car was clean, without much damages, but all of them were already described and listed in the protocol for hiring. Nice touch was we were given the opportunity to check the car and report not listed damages till 10am the next morning as it was already dark outside when we took the car. Didn't have any problems when returning, we took some insurance" option with deposit reduction from 1200£ to 400£. Overall we had a good experience :)"

I received an email notifying me of a Parking Offense during my rental period, resulting in a charge of £68.00. The offense stated that the vehicle exceeded the Maximum Stay Period in a parking facility. However, the perplexing aspect of this situation is that we did not enter any car park. On the first rental day, we came to Green motion to collect the car, The vehicle was delivered by Green motion’s staff to the front entrance of the Hilton hotel, where we performed the standard car rental procedures, checked the car, and collected it without any issues. It seems unjust and illogical that we would be charged for an offense we did not commit.I sent an email to customer service team, explaining the circumstances and requesting clarification. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to date. Additionally, my attempts to contact them via phone have gone unanswered.Regrettably, my credit card has already been charged £68. I will not recommend other people rent the car here even they seem cheaper than other rental.

I have used this company twice so far, really helpful and friendly employees and both cars I've used have been great. Really handy location for picking up and dropping off and team make it very quick. Will definitely use again and recommend!

I rather leave here 0 stars if I can. Please don't use there service and not just this branch is true for the Green Motion itself.I booked a car for about £250 for few days and as I was late 2 hours the branch closed and cancelled my reservastion instead they could give me a chance to pick up next day.They said they already give the car to someone else as I have not shown up. I was on my flight, seriously?Please just do yourself a favour and never consider them as service. If you do, be punctual take a bunch of videos or your rental and expect difficult conversations.
