Excellent service from beginning to end from Ron Anderson, wouldn't go to anyone else.

Had a great time looking at cars didn't have what I was looking for on this occasion but I'll keep looking

After arriving and asking to see the Kuga as we were interested in purchasing at 4wd Titanium. After standing for 10 minutes still no sales person came forward after reception asked for o e over the tannoy. We ended up leaving without looking, upon leaving we found three sales exec chatting outside. Not acceptable. So we went to Seat and bought the new Seat Alteca Experience Lux 4wd auto and their customer service was perfect. I was already not a fan of Arnold Clark but as my Tiguan was in for its first MOT we thought we are close by so we will give them a go. Terrible decision. Our daughter was thinking of purchasing the new Puma and she has also decided against it, she is now considering a T-roc instead. I can in no way recommend d this company.

We picked up our new Ford Focus. Fantastic service from Neil and very happy with the car. Very digital so will take a bit of getting used to!

Excellent quality of service at the click and collect. Ryan was extremely helpful and spot on when I went in to collect a Yaris. I must admit it is not so common as a customer I come across such great levels of friendliness. Well done Arnold Clark.
