bad experience: 1 they think insulation of walls after mould is an improvement not a disrepair. 2 they did not follow with council and let them not respond. council doesn't respond to solicitors anymore. 3 downgraded the merits of the disrepair claim to leave out wall insulation. 4 possibly bad surveyor. 5 my flat was half insulated so it makes no sense to me. 6 bullied me he is an officer of the court." when I was not happy."

very professional place. They did my housing disrepair claim and got me compensation and my property fixed after the council did nothing for 8 years. The staff are all polite and explained everything to me without any legal jargon. They always kept me updated. Cannot fault them. Very highly recommended

I was having issues with my council about repairs since 2018, before Covid19. Less than a year since they took my case, it has been dealt with. Got appoints for the repairs to be carried out and received a little compensation on the side. Not much but better than nothing. I will encourage anyone out there to use Cromptons Solicitors for any disrepair case they may have. They will definitely do their very best to help and they communicate throughout the process. So you are never in the dark

Used them for some commercial work. Brilliant, fast and has reasonable prices. Usually you call a solicitor and tell them its commercial and they start adding zeros on for learning how to spell your name. Will definitely use them again.

No call back***edited***As I am unsure what our last communication was..waiting to see my next phone bill. With this in mind and after a phone call on Saturday by Altaf the Director I am willing to give them the benefit of doubt. However, I have to mention going forward and after a lengthy discussion Altaf advised that the company may" be able to help once they had the I information they needed. This was on the proviso I edited my initial review as this would be a conflict of interest. I have to commend Eva for her communication and efficiency."
