Dr Veerle Rotsaert - London Female Plastic Surgeon

It was very clear from my first consultation that my procedure was going to be great.I had recently another surgery with a Harley street surgeon and it was nothing but troublesome it has scared me for life not only physically but also mentally.Dr Rotsaert took on my surgery which was very complicated, and from the outset she managed my expectations and said I was looking at at least 2 surgeries to achieve a good outcome. What she has done is simply amazing and I couldn’t be more happier.Dr Rotsaert took the time to explain every aspect of my procedure and took time to research the best product to use and often mailed me outside of normal office hours. You could think this was just to get me to buy in with her, but this level of care continued after surgery often with messages of just how are you doing. It has been such a pleasure and I have already recommended Dr Rotsaert to one of my friends.I could not be more happy with the results and can not praise Dr Rotsaert and her team enough.

Undergoing elective surgery was not something I rushed into. After extensive research I met with Dr Rotsaert, and knew I had met the right surgeon to carry out my procedure. Finally a surgeon who is professional, compassionate, and demonstrates expertise!!!My initial enquiry was well received by a friendly knowledgeable team who made the booking process easy.Dr Rotsaert created a relaxed environment for me at consultation, and listened to my concerns - I left feeling reassured and well informed with my personal treatment plan.The lovely nurses Amina and Alice helped prepare me for surgery and were extremely attentive (they were also at hand for my post operative care which was nice for continuity)When I arrived at hospital the experience and trust was confirmed as soon as I walked through the door to the moment I left. I was made to feel VIP and relaxed in the knowledge I was in safe hands.Post operatively went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. The only fault being my personal lack of patience to being fully recovered.6 weeks after surgery I can honestly say I’m delighted with my results and as cliche as it sounds wish I had done it sooner.Dr Rotsaert and her team listened and guided me throughout. With their support and expertise they turned a nerve wracking decision of mine into one of best decisions I’ve made.Gold star service!

I’d highly recommend Dr V to anyone looking for a natural breast enhancement. She put me at ease straight away, no getting topless on Zoom, no 3D simulation, but a face to face initial consultation telling me exactly what was possible and making me touch and try several implants on. I also felt like she would take her time during the surgery instead of rushing it in 20-30 minutes which was important to me. The recovery was way easier than I expected and my results 2.5 months in are amazing, I got my breasts back which had “deflated” after having and breastfeeding my daughter and I really wanted that natural effect which I got with Motiva Joy implants and demi projection. The fact the post-op appointments are included is also a great touch.

Dr Rotsaert was incredible from start to finish. All aspects of the procedure were clearly communicated, as well as advised what to expect during and after the surgery, plus amazing aftercare. I felt very trusting of Dr Rotsaert going into the surgery and she did an amazing job. She has a huge knowledge of the industry and took her time to make sure I was getting what I wanted with reassurance and patience. I could not recommend her more highly.

Dr Veerle was everything I had hoped I would find in a surgeon. Having done a lot of my own research and prep over the course of a few years, she was able to answer all my questions in a way that reassured me she was extremely professional, fully knowledgable and skilled/experienced enough to offer the best result. She was also generous with her time where it mattered whilst being efficient in the process. There was absolutely no hint of an upsell or any encouragement to consider additional procedures from her side which I had encountered elsewhere and had put me off. Post-procedure she has also proven a dedicated surgeon and is happy to be involved in the evolving result and post-operative journey. Dr Veerle is the best!

My experience, from start to finish, was nothing short of extraordinary. The level of care I received throughout this entire journey far exceeded all my expectations.For years, I had contemplated breast augmentation, something I had wanted since my daughter was just 2 years old - she's now 17! I conducted extensive research and had multiple consultations, but nothing ever felt quite right until I met Dr. V. From the very moment our consultation ended , I knew she was the one. Charlotte and Harriet from the concierge team were my unwavering pillars of support throughout this ordeal, and they made it a running joke - all of us crossing our fingers for the next appointment.The day of my surgery arrived, and honestly, I felt no nerves, only excitement. Post-surgery, Dr. V visited me the very next day, asking, 'Have you taken a look?' I hadn't, as I was uncertain if I should. She simply said, 'Of course you can; come on, let's go see.' She helped me remove my compression bra, and I was stunned by how incredible they looked. I knew they would be good, but they exceeded all my expectations.The level of aftercare was impeccable. Nurse Alice was available for any questions, concerns, or reassurance. I faced a minor healing complication at the T-junction of the stitching on my right breast, which resulted in a wound opening. At every stage of concern, I had direct communication with Dr. V herself. Steps were taken to address the issue, and I was promptly scheduled for a follow-up with Dr. V at my earliest convenience. This was a shining example of top-tier patient care.When the wound unfortunately opened, Dr. V promptly arranged for me to see her at her clinic. Although she could have restitched the wound there, she decided it would be best to return to the operating theater to ensure a thorough cleaning and the use of a different type of stitch for optimal healing. I opted for local anesthesia to minimize downtime. The entire experience was incredibly reassuring, and the surgical team made it remarkably comfortable.The most valuable aspect of my experience was that I never felt worried or scared about the complication. I had 100% trust in Dr. V. As someone who tends to overthink and envision worst-case scenarios, I didn't experience any of that during this journey.Dr. V is not only a gifted surgeon but also down-to-earth and easy to talk to. The 14-year journey to find the right surgeon was undoubtedly worth the wait. My breasts now look incredible, and I have more confidence than ever. They have the fullness and natural appearance I have always wanted . I can finally wear those low-back tops without a bra, something I wish I could have done in my 20s. I’m now 9months post off and everything looks and feels great! My only regret is not finding Dr. V sooner!

Dr V was one of the first consultations I had with a surgeon and I immediately knew I wanted to go with her. Not only were her staff amazing and welcoming but Dr V clearly knew what she was doing and made me feel comfortable. The process of booking the surgery getting covid tests and meeting Alice the nurse (who is also extremely helpful) were all supported.
