The customer service by the staff at this branch of Kwik Fit is a credit to the company. They dealt with the matter in hand quickly and explained what was needed to be done and what they did. This applied to me as well other customers in the waiting room.

Gearge was very professional and helpful! Tyre Issue fixed same day without an appointment even though they were busy! Highly recommend kwikfit newport road.

The engine cover on my car had become partially detached and was dragging along the floor. I took it here at short notice and although they were really busy they fitted me in. Even better, the mechanic George insisted that the job was for free because it just involved screwing the cover back on. Really great service!

We went around to Quick Fit and dealt with Simon. Despite the fact that they were moments from closing, Simon went above and beyond an and offered to change the tyre for us for nothing. He was an absolute life saver and got us back on the road while also giving us advice on what to do next. He was friendly, professional and he’s an asset to the company.We’ve dealt with Simon since and he’s always been brilliant!He’s made a Quick Fit Customer out of us!

Fantastic experience at this branch of Kwik Fit.I had an issue with a screw in my tyre. At the time, I was staying in Cardiff for work and felt a bit out on a limb, having to search for someone to help with my puncture.I looked up Kwik Fit and took myself there.I have to say that my previous experience of Kwik Fit was not great. The last branch I visited was the Borehamwood branch where they made me feel unwelcome and a real pain for needing new tyres! Plus they really messed up on an MOT!This Cardiff branch immediately made me feel welcome, even though I was bringing my car in with an hour to closing. The screw in my tyre was now keeping my tyre inflated so we arranged a slot for me to bring my car back for attention the next day.I took my car in the next day and again was welcomed in a friendly manor.There was a little delay, but my puncture was examined and repaired within an hour.But it's not just me I'm giving 5 stars for...While I was there a lady and her young family had suffered a puncture and came in to ask if anything could be done. Within an hour they were back on the road again with 2 new tyres. Also a van driver had suffered from a nail in his tyre and before I left he was having his puncture repaired.This Newport Road Cardiff Kwik Fit team are not only welcoming but it's obvious from watching them that they all muck in with the jobs and are supportive to each other to get the jobs done.I cannot fault the service I received at this branch and I am so grateful that my puncture was dealt with in a friendly and clam manner.Recommended!

My scheduled 11 am appointment at Kwik Fit at Cardiff Newport road branch resulted in a significant level of frustration. Regrettably, I was made to wait for an extended 45 minutes past the appointment time without any communication or a basic greeting from the staff. This disregard for punctuality was both disheartening and discourteous, especially considering that I observed the staff prioritizing other customers' vehicles over mine. The treatment left me with a disconcerting feeling of bias. While the technician's competence is evident, the quality of the work performed was notably subpar. This discrepancy between the technician's skill and the overall service experience proved to be deeply disappointing. It's disheartening when the potential for quality work isn't fully realized due to systemic shortcomings.Consequently, I have made a firm decision not to seek further services from Kwik Fit.I feel compelled to inform my friends and family about my experience and the need to exercise caution when considering Kwik Fit for their automotive needs. I believe it's important to make informed choices based on my experience and ensure that others do not encounter a similar level of frustration. Thank you.

Efficient service, fixed my puncture quickly, and not too expensive. Friendly and helpful. Also resolved a potential issue with one of my other tyres without costing any more.
