Absolutely amazing customer service from The Repair Lounge in Downpatrick today. Had an issue with the charging port on my Iphone XR- problem was diagnosed and fixed within 5 mins. The owner then proceeded to transfer all my data from the XR to my new phone, a process which took almost 2 hours. Expected to pay the advertised price of £59.95 for the phone to be fixed- it turned out to be some dust which had become embedded in the charging port, and i was delighted to be told that there wasnt going to be any charge- all it took to fix was some compressed air and a clean!! Thanks so much for all ur help- i would have no hesitation in recommending The Repair Lounge for any phone issues.

Quick, professional and honest. We have used Repair Lounge Downpatrick twice in the last week for separate issues and they were extremely helpful - on one occasion I didn't even have to go in to the store, they were happy to offer advice over the phone! Thank you, will use again.
