SalesPerson lies to us re guaranteed Xmas fitting , turns out he was covering , Manager when we called was always in meetings, when he did call back no apology , , we couldn’t explain enough my wife being a Dr couldn’t just wait around for a fitter , , systems crashed so he couldn’t give us exacts , sounds like 1st world problems but the issue was the lies and no apologies ( didn’t ask for discount wasn’t interested an apology would have sufficed ,Fitter absolutely superb,,, could not fault , quality of carpet stunninguse Tapi again absolutelyUse the fitter again without a shadow of a doubtUse Chichester Tapi inside Homebase NOT A CHANCE ,,,,,,Tapi you have people who have lost the love for your business , people make or break what you do , that’s why carpetright and others are still going after the carpetright and lord Harris splitThanks for an amazing fitter superb carpet albeit 3 weeks late ,, no thanks for your lying saleman and your manager who clearly couldn’t give a fig....happy new year
