Aquaid provide Home Decor with excellent service at extremely competitive prices. There are a lot of suppliers in this market, however I would recommend Aquaid in Sheffield as well as elsewhere throughout the UK. We have recently moved to Aquaid across all our sites as no one else could match them

A genuine company, we've used them for years and always good service. They've just received lots of low ratings as spammers were using their company name which wasn't their fault so I'm hoping this will help readdress this.

We took a water cooler on the basis of helping a charitable cause, but it turns out they are absolute con artists, initially they tied us into a 5 year contract without us knowing. We then closed down our business due to Covid and did not need the water cooler any longer, charging £700+ to collect a water cooler, totally disorganised service team that do not communicate with each other.

People need to realise that unfortunately and at a lot of expense to this company they have been the victim of a cyber attack they are a genuine company and are working hard to put this issue right . Great Company with brilliant service - no issues whatsoever. Sales guy Paul very professional with a friendly 'nothing too much trouble attitude'. It is also nice to know that by using this Company we are doing our bit for society in supporting Christian Aid and the Africa Trust. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

I have been using your mains water coolers over many years over a wide variety of businesses. I have always been very happy with the service your company provides. Professionally installed with superb after sales service. Joe Farnell can be relied on to make everything so easy & stress free. I wouldn't dream of using any other supplier..
