Becky The Humble Warrior

I have participated in a number of online yoga sessions with Becky, when lockdown ment we couldn't meet in person. As a beginner, I found her sessions accessible and easy to follow. I have done yoga sessions elsewhere in the past and found these were at a more relaxed pace. I certainly felt the benefits of the session on my body and my mind felt relaxed. I highly recommend Becky as a teacher for anyone curious about yoga and wanting to give it a go.

I have been enjoying Becky’s classes and retreats for over an year now and this is the best present I can give to myself.

I found Becky a year ago as a complete beginner with yoga and I’m so glad I did as her classes (not just yoga but spiritual teachings and retreat’s) have been instrumental to my mental well being and self discovery journey. She’s also lovely with a warm energy which is always a bonus! Couldn’t recommend enough.
