Customer service is meeting expectations, superior customer service is about exceeding expectations. Darren went above and beyond superior customer service. He dealt with me quickly, courteously and very professionally. He accommodated me and my emergency repairs and provided fair pricing. Then, when I go to collect my car, he has given it a mini valet and made it look and smell nice again. That is what delights customers and makes them leave long reviews like this. And to cap it all Darren is a super, nice guy to talk to and has some great upcycled lamps and other stuff on display on reception for sale.

Amazing guys work here. We took our VW in for a full service was told price when we went back the price was lower because some of things didn’t need doing like air filter etc being a new car.Have booked it in for a service and MOT this year on same place would recommend to anyone who wants a genuine job done for a genuine price.

I own a Mini R53 Cooper S and have been working to restore it to good condition, I have undertaken many parts of work myself at home, but have several jobs that would be much easier on a professional ramp. I contacted Darren and explained what I was trying to do, and Darren suggested he could help and allow me to refurbish parts of the car once he had removed them to undertake a clutch change. I supplied the parts I wanted, and also spent time doing a front subframe refresh and supercharger service in Darren's workshop.Darren was very accommodating and was happy to share his knowledge with me as I worked. The car is back together and I'm extremely pleased with the car, and all the help Darren and his colleagues provided. I will be back when the next repairs are needed.

I contacted Darren at DJL on a Saturday morning whilst my Fiancée was in Weymouth because a 'Transmission failure' warning came up on the dash on the drive down. Despite it being a Saturday morning, Darren made time for her to take the vehicle in and put her mind at rest with the fault etc.We rebooked the vehicle for the gearbox oil and filter to be changed and the car has been perfect since!I cannot recommend the service that DJL Motors have provided on both occasions. I am sure he will get more business from us and the family in the future, as we all drive BMW's!Thanks again Darren!

This company is fantastic, I went there today as I had problem with my car which had some lights on the dashboard and in limp mode. They put it on the diagnostic machine and found that one of the injectors had gone. They quickly got the part and fix my car there and then. They were so kind and professional. It meant I was not without a vehicle. Great service and brilliant people who knew what they were doing,I would recommend them to anyone who needs a garage.

Had a problem with my car jerking when driving and power cutting out when stopped, no one could find the fault with it and I thought it couldnt be fixed, took it to DJL and even though it wasnt an obviously problem and something they hadn't heard of before , i left car with them Darren worked tirelessy to find the fault which was a corroded cable in engine loom ! And repaired , brilliant service had car back in a day and no problems with it since, vey honest and friendly will definately use again as my go to garage
