I’ve been a customer of Kayes since buying an engagement ring in 1981, since then I have bought all my wife's jewelry from them. This year was our ruby wedding anniversary and wanted a ruby ring to Mark the occasion. I was struggling to get to Chester so spoke to Amanda and through the wonders of technology chose a ring for my wife remotely. When we went to collect it Amanda and the team were great, they really looked after us. Most importantly my wife was absolutely delighted with the ring.

The customer service and experience of choosing a diamond and engagement ring with Kayes was 1st class. From the initial enquiry to the first visit in store I was made to feel extremely welcome and as somebody with limited knowledge of diamonds, was helped through the process of education and selection by Amanda who did a brilliant job. Nick then ensured that the process ran as smoothly as he could and I cannot thank both Amanda, Nick and the whole team enough for their warm welcome, excellent service, personal touch and their help in selecting a perfect ring.

We can't recommend Kayes enough- they are amazing. We have been customers for the last couple of years and the service has been fantastic. We bought an engagement ring and subsequently our wedding bands from Kayes. We had a really good experience, with Carinth and the team being very patient with our indecisiveness and our boys using the shop as a playroom.
