Awful eyebrow shaping, completely m messed up shape taking off a lot on one side, and uneven on both sides, then told me I can use a pencil to fill it in and it will grow back in a few weeks. When I said wasn't happy, still didn't offer to reduce/not charge. Talk over you in hindi whilst doing. Use same stick in wax. Don't recommend going here. So embarrassed now to go out with way eyebrows have been left!

Amazing customer service. As soon as I walked into Ashnaa I was greeted with such a warm welcome. I went for a Hollywood this afternoon an seemie was absolutely fantastic she was so patient with me an gentle. This was my first wax at Ashnaa I will 1000% be returning thank you so much x

I got both my ears pierced here and the staff are friendly and efficient. The work environment is clean staff sanitise everything before use and latex gloves are worn. Cheap as well, both earlobes cost £30 in total.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!Completely rude staff. Nearly blinded me when getting an eyelash lift. Put perm solution in my eye along with glue. Terminated the appointment myself as she just wanted to carry on.Asked for a refund which they said they would give me. Only gave me 50% back and when questioned, they did not care at all.Awful shop, awful service and awful colleagues - especially the manager Amara.

Went to get makeup done for a wedding.The make-up artist didn't start on time as she was having her personal issues... screwed up my makeup and made me late for the wedding... was not bothered at all. Terrible client experience.

Nice beauty salon in Croydon. Anjum did my waxing upper lips and eyebrows and she was very good. She was organised and fast and thats why it took very less time. I would recommend taking service from her. And she is very sweet as well :)

This was my first time there and Nimra did my waxing. Was great. Professional. Nice and tidy rooms. I love it when the beautician advise you on things as most of the places would rather rip you off for unnecessary treatments. Nimra did a wonderful job and advise on some of the skincare. She is passionate about her job.

RUDE MANAGER AND INEXPERIENCED STAFF!I visited this place for a lashlift that I booked via Treatwell.When the procedure started, the colleague did not wash her hands and and her hands smelt like food. Upon preparing my eyes, she cleaned my eyes with a dry cotton pad which she harshly dragged across my eyes.She then proceeded to put pink masking tape on my face and my eyes which I was a bit concerned as skin around eyelids are sensitive.When she put the glue on my lashes, the majority of it went into my eyes and gave me a burning sensation, same with the other eye however I just tolerated it.When she put the perm solution on my eyelashes, again most of it went into my eyes and at this point my eyes were burning so badly I had to ask her to terminate the procedure. She didn’t seem to care nor did she apologise and instead blamed my cheeks for being too big?!She said she couldn’t remove the glue off my eyes as she would have to use a type of cream that I would’ve had towards the end of the procedure. I told her I couldn’t have glue on my eyelids as I needed to go somewhere after, so she put Vaseline on my eyelids and even then not all the glue came off.I wanted to rinse my eyes and contact lenses using the saline solution she gave me as it was still burning and she wouldn’t let me go to the bathroom to rinse it off and instead forced me to sit on the shop floor to rinse my eyes out making the liquid go all over my top.She then said her manager will call me to do a check up on my eyes and process the refund.Later on I received an email from Treatwell saying I only received 50% of the refund and no call from the manager. So I called the salon and the colleague gave me her manager’s number and name.I then called Amara, the manager and asked her why I only received 50% of a refund and not the full amount. She explained that she has to pay her staff, that I had wasted their time and that I should’ve let them wipe it off then continue with the procedure even though my eyes were burning! She said instead I could come back and get it done by another person! I explained that my eyes are still burning and that I am scarred from this experience.Amara had no empathy at all and kept interrupting me when I was speaking.I am very shocked by the service I had received and will not be going back again.I do not recommend this place! I paid £12.60 just to leave with a burning sensation in my eyes.

I went for eyebrow threading twice here.. Every time it's a bad experience. It's been a few months I did not get time to do them and more over I have loose skin on my eyes, she asked me to do wax, to which I said no, immediately she started judging me what do you do? have not you got time and all etc.. When I was not satisfied with the brow shape and the moment I did let her know, she was very adamant to her point and commented that I should have been known my brow shape. Seems she could not be responsible for it. The way she talks is very arrogant, rude and doesn't has basic customer management skills.. Next time, when I could not find another shop open, I had to go again there and as she is busy with another person, asked roughly how much time it should take. Instead of replying nicely, she said it can't be today, I am busy .. that's it... disgusting behavior... behaving as if she is doing service for charity though we are paying for it.. Don't have minimum work ethics to respond to come back after sometime if she is busy.. Never going again even if I had to. The worst experience ever :(
