I have loved almost everything in Oxford, Bath, Stratford and Bristol, which I have been visiting with my mother.Places and people.All , but the bus services and attention.Stopping in Heathrow to go to Bristol? To go to Bath ? Crazy.In addition, when I went to ask for more information, the assistant told me I would not be refunded if there were delays when arriving in Heathrow ( we have to be in Bristol airport today ) and that, yes, the BEST thing I could do was to pray to be on time and find the platforms on time.People are in general helpful and nice in Oxford, but this was the least emphatic person I have met.

I am still horrified and in shock. I was traveling with a 1year old, 11 year and 13 year old children. It was zero degree when I showed my confirmation email to bus 160 from Oxford to Birmingham at 5:25pm on 17-Jan-2023 and he rudely and aggressively said I need ticket number. I got panicked as email has payment detail, passenger detail, transaction ID but no ticket number. I showed him email and said to help me that this email has all details but not ticket number. Despite seeing me helpless and panicked he shut bus door and started bus and left me. Coach office was close and there was no one from train line to help.I had been then begging people around to help me. One kind passer by said that email has attachment where it has ticket ID. I felt too sad and cried that this could be informed by driver and he could take us rather leaving us abandoned whereas other than that ticket ID all proof was there on email.This experience haunts me and I am shivering while writing. No tourist, ladies, woman with children should travel with them. They are rude, aggressive and worst customer service providers.

Yesterday i was in oxford and i checked the S1 bus going to witney in the main Road as i Saw that the last bus departing from there was at 20:00 i asked people any other posibilities to get to witney and they directly sent me to the main bus station i asked there and a kindly gentleman show me that the bus i could take was there at bay 8, (so i went there when finally found it after all day travelling from southend airport.While the driver ( a lady with a very short hair) was just getting into the bus i was behind her and she started to talk with someone so i wait for her to finish the conversation to ask her if i was in the right bus,To double check and pay , Then she started to talk with a baby that was in a Baggy for another while and i still waiting but obviusly never mind,my surprise was when she saw me and she told me in a very bad manner, that the door of the bay was closed and next time she will not allow me to get into the bus once the door is closed so i apoligize me self because in any moment i have realize that it was a door Close as i went inside the bus by other side and it was my first time taking it, so she answer me again that she doesnt has to take me there but she was going to do it but complaining and in a bad manners ,And then she let another guy pass that aparently was waiting too , so he asked her if he could get in too , even if her intention was not alow him to open the door ,even if she still there talking with people , she has to let him into the bus, so she was Upser ( i don’t understand why as is her job, and she still there, so what is the point to be sooo rude?)then while we were in the way and she stoped in a bus stop,i went to ask her if the bus would stop in market square and how long more or less it will take to do not miss anything as i was worry because was my first time going there (obviusly in a very nice way , as i have education) she surprised me again in a awful manner , she didnt let me finish talking what i wanted to ask her and said that i can see it if i looked at the screen,So i sit down wondering if i was going well or not,You know sometimes when you travel and you don’t know where are you exactly going because is your first time in the place and you only want to double check in you are in the right way ( also because I didn’t have service at all in the phone) is nice to find kindly people as everyone get involve in this situation anytime, specially when you do customer service you should be nicer it doesn’t cost you anything to make other person feel well and put smile in other people face instead of making them feel like that..This happened yesterday 2nd of March, around 21:00 o’clock I don’t know exactly exactly the time.

Do not drive into the area where buses pull in. There is a camera and you may get sent a ticket!

Oxford bus drivers are really friendly and so helpful, makes life a lot easier when visiting the city, thank you
