Having never had to arrange a Funeral we had my Mother's and my Husband's within 2 weeks of each other. The guidance, kindness and service we received from Rachel and her colleagues at Heritage in Wendover was fantastic. From beginning to the final day of the service, nothing was too much trouble and everything was arranged so efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending Heritage & Sons.With their help our 2 most dreaded days turned into something so unexpectedly beautiful. Thank you!

I would not hesitate to recommend Heritage & Sons to anyone looking for a funeral service provider. From my first encounter with Sue, through to the days following the funeral, the professionalism and service from the entire team was faultless.

I can not recommend Heritage & Sons in Wendover enough! They were amazing with the service they provided for my Dad's funeral. They were all very kind and understanding of the situation and were always on hand to help. Allison was our funeral arranger and my Mum and I instantly had a great rapport with her. Kind, warm and sensitive to how we felt we immediately felt relaxed and in good hands.The day of my Dad's funeral went ever so smoothly and we not once worried about anything with Ben looking after us!A wonderful funeral directors with the best, kind staff!

The team at Heritage Wendover, Rachel, Chloe and Ivan, and all the pall bearers, have been outstanding with their kindness and compassionate understanding from the moment our darling Mum died. Rachel and Chloe gently guided us along the way in such a respectful calm gentle manner and all the family have deeply appreciated all the care and attention to detail that they gave us. Thank you.

At a sensitive time the staff of Heritage & Sons provided a service and support above and beyond any reasonable expectation. They were thoughtful and considerate ensuring that our mother's remains were interred with a beautiful ceremony delivered by the local vicar. From the moment I walked into the office at Heritage in Wendover, I was blown away by the quality of customer service offered. Having never organised a funeral before, I didn’t know where to start but it was so straightforward with Allison’s expert guidance. She was so professional, yet displayed just the right degree of friendliness throughout all my dealings with the office. Everything seemed so straightforward and there was never any stress involved. Communication was outstanding throughout the organising of the funeral. On the day itself, Vaughan and his team were equally outstanding. I’d have absolutely no hesitation in using the services of this company again - in a funny way I could say I’ll be looking forward to it! I chose this particular provider simply because it was round the corner and I’d often pass the office but I reckon I’d have to travel a LONG way to find such great service anywhere else. PS. the sherbet lemons were also great!

From the first phone call we made when my Dad had died we felt very cared for and special. So professional and so dignified. I would highly recommended heritage and sons Wendover. We have had great communication with Chloe and Sue. They listened to our wishes and kept us informed with emails and phone calls. Nothing was too much trouble. The funeral was such a sad but lovely day with Carole to take the service and we know our Dad,Husband,Grandad would have been so proud.It was the little touches that mean so much. The two lovely men that collected dad from home. Were so kind even shook our hands and said sorry for our loss. In the chapel of rest. Sue took the time to make photos from the Order of service and a candle and placed them on a shelf so Dad wasn’t alone. So kind.On the day all the team cared for us and helped us through the day.It was a pleasure to have met you all even in such sad times.Just to add we had the most loveliest funeral flowers which the funeral home was happy for us to have made as it was such a personal touch from Dads family.Thanks again all xx

We cannot thank Rachel and her colleagues at Heritage enough for their kindness, compassion and support over the past month.Every step of the way Rachel was there for my family and together we arranged everything for my dad's funeral which was perfect on the day.The team at Heritage are 2nd to none. We were recommended by friends and family to trust Heritage to look after us, which they did. Everyone we encountered was so kind and thoughtful, follow up calls were made amd we were kept on the loop at all times. A much needed box of tissues was always at hand with coffee; we were always made welcome, nothing was ever too much.5* + Thank you Rachel, Chloe and Sue from my family.

A big thank you to Sue, Rachel, Kar-ming and the team in Wendover for the wonderful job they did taking care of my mother Betty's funeral arrangements.The initial planning meeting although emotional was made bearable by Sue's knowledgeable, calming and understanding manner. On the day there was a special touch with the funeral attendants wearing corsages of lavender, one of Betty's favourites, which was very thoughtful. The whole occasion was carried out with respect and dignity for both ourselves and our beloved Betty.Heritage and Sons provided a personal, top class service and we thoroughly recommend them.
