I am 47 years old, and this is possibly the worst chicken I have ever tasted in my life. I fell asleep on the N137 bus from Marble Ach, and had drunk many alcoholic units, but the aftertaste from the chicken wings was horrific! Rubber doesn't even come close. I'm going to bed praying my stomach is able to process whatever I consumed from Morleys. Service miserable and dull. Awful!

Notorious consistent NON DeliveriesI have ordered three times on different occasions from the Crystal Palace branch on Just eat and all times they did not deliver to my address but gave it to someone on my road. What makes it worse is they don’t pick their phones up when calling to alert them of this and the money was not ever refunded. Daylight robbery!!!

Staff need to wear food gloves, regular hand washing should be a part of their daily routine. The same dirty hands that handle the cash is the same hands I saw putting the paper in the box to serve the food.

Ordered a Magnum Burger Meal & a pot of burger sauce on deliveroo, arrived stone cold and had forgot my chips and drink. No point in me ordering the burger sauce.

A place i used to shop over 2 years ago, and they were tops. Now the food is mediocre. Best thing about them now is their late opening hours.

Chicken wings were probably the most softest I've had. They don't have any chilli sauce at all. The shop had only just opened but that floor is a health hazard, it was so oily I almost fell twice

I have been eating with my kids at this morleys for over 11 years. I went there this evening to get my kids and I some food my daughter had food earlier so she said he only wanted 4 wings without chips I order 4 nugget meal and 7 wings and chips I kindly ask the gentlemen just ro put 4 of the wings in a little paper bag because I wanted to put some burger sauce on mine and my daughter don't want sauce on her wings he said no he can't do that I ask twice and the other colleague with him ask him and he said no he can't do it I was really surprise I wernt asking for anything extra just that 1 little favour. I took back my money as I was leaving he was arguing I'm really upset for his behaviour which was not necessary that's the only chicken shop I goes to in crystal palace and I won't be visiting that shop again with my kids as long as that colleagues is there

Useless place the worker said there not making food yet even though it says there open 10am Sundays I asked when do you start making food and he walked off and ignored me
