Really helpful and a great service.

I had a 'black screen' issue with my laptop today and called Adam after finding him via google. I've dealt with many IT support people over the years but Adam was the best. He dealt with my issue calmly, patiently and methodically, explaining the aim of what he was trying to do and talked me through each step with very clear and precise instruction. Even if my laptop had been beyond repair, I would have been satisfied that we had tried all possible avenues. As it was, after trying different possible solutions, Adam was able to get the machine up and running again. He'll be my go-to computer man in future and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to others.

Incredibly helpful. Rang for advice on an old laptop, in my mind expecting to pay for someone to take a look at it. Wow! what a pleasant surprise, good old fashioned top customer service. Adam sorted my problem through patience with a 72 year old computer dinosaur. He knows his stuff. He spent ages with me remotely operating my computer and resolved my issue by recommending a £9,95 computer lead. He would not charge me as I have not resolved it" he had resolved the issue and saved me a fortune on a hardware malfunction through his expertise and diagnostic skill.I HIGHLY recommend Adam the best service from anyone |I have had in any fields for years.
