Love this place. I stopped by the stall at the Christmas market 2019 and I loved the variety. I was able to smell as many as I wanted and was given several recommendations for what would suit my taste. I made an order via the website during lockdown 2020. The confirmation emails were a little ambiguous but I queried my purchase and someone got back to me quickly. My delivery came wonderfully packaged and I even got a free sample. It's the little things that count.

Recommended by a friend - this shop is an Aladdin's Cave for delicious teas and coffees. So much choice but the lady was really knowledgeable and helpful which helped when making my selection. I will definitely be going there again. Fabulous!!

I first discovered Orange and Rose tea at a local cafe, abd wanted some to drink at home. After searching the Internet, I found snail and rabbit, which is in the County we live in, unfortunately it was closed due to the pandemic, so I have made several orders on line, if I've had any problems, the owners have replied almost instantly. I'm hoping to get to the shop, or one of the markets ASAP. Excellent service.

Absolute gem of a shop! A fantastic selection of teas and coffees and some beautiful hand painted mugs, teapots etc the owners are such a warm and friendly couple who make you very welcome and are very knowledgeable. Highly recommended visiting the shop

What a lovely place! I only popped in for a small bag of Darjeeling and a cheap infuser (A teatanic, shaped like the Titanic!) but was still offered a generous sample of anything else. This even though it was moments before closing for the weekend. The Darjeeling is excellent. Perfectly light and floral. Well priced for first flush.
