Been dealing with Martin since 2021, following an initial (home-based) hearing test and fitting for a hearing aid, and subsequent help with spares etc. He is professional, friendly and quick to respond, whether that be with advice or replacement bits and pieces. Had lost my hearing for 2 weeks and after looking around for a microsuction appointment (Specsavers etc.) I couldn’t get an appointment for another 3 weeks near me. Spoke with Malcolm and he could get me booked in within 48 hours!Very friendly yet professional and the price was similar to Specsavers but without the wait time! Would definitely recommend.

Martin was recommended to me with regards to ear wax removal. He responded quickly and came to see me with 48 hours. He was very professional, explaining what he would do and keeping me informed as he was carrying out the removal. Very friendly and made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend.

I had my hearing tested at a high street store recently and was told I need hearing aids. I was keen for a second opinion, and Martin came out to our home and tested me again - and the diagnosis was quite different. Martin was absolutely lovely - so informative and chatty and knowledgable and was able to dispel some of the things I had been lead to believe. He is independent so you can trust what he tells you - I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Martin was very thorough in checking my history and providing me with the most appropriate aids. Not only did he give me a significant reduction in price compared to my previous supplier, he recommended a pair that were even cheaper still!By coming to my house it saved me a long trip and there was absolutely no pressure to buy.Martin is also supplying me with a TV Box to allow me to stream the TV directly to my hearing aids!I would thoroughly recommend Martin to new and existing customers!
