Had a lot of work on my merc 2.7clk especially injector inspection and copper washer seals done But broke down on M25 at 5 o'clock real angered no 2 no3 injectors leaking a lot of diesel out AA involved very bad workmanship now costing me to rectify at another garage

I had organised for my vehicle to be left the day before to have some work completed the next day as I was working in the morning, this was agreed with the receptionist over the phone.When I arrived that afternoon, I was told there is no space to leave your vehicle. They were very unwilling to help and a little passive aggressive.It's safe to say I won't bother with R D Autos again.

I can't say anything about their work, only i've been calling their listed number every day for a week and the line either says line busy" and won't go through or it just rings and rings and rings and then hangs up because they have no answer phone. I was reccomend to go to R D Autos by another Garage because they are "amazing" but if i've rang them multiple times every day for a week and no one bothers to answer the phone

RD Autos are good on price considering the amount of work. and I’ve known since I had my first car in 2017 and would have said the same after a new clutch .Recently I had a fault with my car two day’s before mot they gave me a free retest knowledgable and friendly, easy to find opposite a Ford dealer .
