Even the staff at the venue said how lovely you were and very on the ball. You are very clearly good at your job and we knew we would be in safe hands.The work you put into our ceremony on the month leading up to it yesterday meant a lot to us and your work has paid off by the wonderful compliments we received on your behalf. Denise was wonderful from start to finish. From the initial conversations and questionnaires to the vow renewal, Denise went above and beyond. Sending sweeties and treats with each set of documents to ensuring my sister in law was comfortable on the day in her wheelchair. Nothing was too much bother. Such a lovely smiley person. We needn’t have had any concerns whatsoever. Denise lead my husbands funeral. Her compassion and professionalism were beyond perfect. She met with me a few times to find out what sort of a person he was and checked with me every step of the way that I was happy with how she’d worded things. Can’t thank her enough
