Ifield Conservation Area
Wonderful area, full of bluebells and wood anemone, lovely to walk through and see spring in full force. The ancient parish of Ifield with its farmers fields, woodland, meadow and hedgerows are full of life, butterflies and birds. A sheer joy to wonder through and enjoy a spring day and see others enjoying it too, walking dogs or spending some time together outside.

A lovely area to walk our dogs. There's an open park, paths through fields, wooded areas and a brook. The dogs love it and it makes a nice level walk for us too. There's a nice pub, The Plough, next to the church in the middle of the area. The only question mark hanging over the area are numerous signs on parts of the walk saying it is owned by Homes England which is a government agency that has secured land for new homes so I can't help wondering how much will be built on in the future.
