Infiniti Glasgow

I needed service parts for an FX 30d, after being told not in stock at Reading, Birmingham and Stockport and not able to deliver I tried Glasgow who were extremely helpful. They had the part a lot cheaper than the others could get it for and was with me the next day. If you need parts go to these guys. Fantastic cars buy one quick! I cant understand why everybody doesn't drive Infiniti!

Ok - not great at returning calls though.Update - My “Infiniti experience” is now over.Although I really liked the car, there were too many problems with lack of attention to detail and mistakes poorly dealt with.With only one dealer in Scotland I was not confident in continued ownership of my FX.Sadly I can not recommend them - car has now gone and I’m back to a BMW

My Q50 was in for a software update this morning. This was my first visit to the Infiniti centre... I was amazed at how great this place looked. The staff were great and were so friendly and welcoming.The car drove perfectly after the update and it was cleaned better than what it was when I bought it. The service I received from Infiniti Glasgow was exceptional, not just above average it was miles above.If other car companies took a leaf out of Infiniti's book there would be a hell of a competition in the car market.I don't know why there are not more Infiniti's in driveways as the cars are great to drive and well built.

Great dealership with some very honest sales staff - certain large Scotland-wide car supermarkets could learn a thing from them. A very pleasant atmosphere for a browse, including a little play area for the kids to do some colouring in, with snacks and drinks. We bought a second hand Volvo from them a while back and they were a dream to deal with.

Bought a car from here. Customer service is phenomenal and attention to detail fantastic. Been back since for servicing etc and always same great service.Having previously worked in the motor trade for many years, they exceeded my every expectation! Fantastic place, great cars!

I recently bought a used Jaguar from them which was shipped up from their Leeds branch on a transporter. There were one or two minor issues discovered which they repaired quickly, free of charge and without fuss. They also provided a courtesy car which was greatly appreciated.I dealt with Sean Hanlon who is an absolute gentleman, courteous and professional with nothing being too much trouble. Excellent communication and a nice showroom as well, I almost had second thoughts about my purchase when looking at some of the Infiniti Q50 and Q70 cars!I would have no hesitation recommending Infiniti Glasgow.

Absolutely fantastic people and service. Walk into the showroom and you would think that you were in a 5 star hotel lobby, the showroom floor is like a high end boutique somewhere in the west end of London. She display models are immaculate and wow what a standard of car - luxurious. The staff are friendly and will bend over backwards to ensure that your visit is a pleasurable one. When buying a car they are intent on getting the right car for you and the test drive rout is a must for any future customer. The whole process was a pleasure and my new car is a dream come true. Top marks to the team and especially William for a great and painless service.

Exceptional service. Buying a car from this dealership highlighted just how much the usual dealerships treat their customers like cattle. Infiniti Glasgow truly demonstrated a customer focused experience and I did not feel in any way pressured. It was like sitting chatting to a friend.
