The installation process was quick and had no problems at allDanny was excellent and very friendly.

Absolutely fantastic customer care, brilliant phone system + the mobile phone app linked to the work contact number is fantastic, we can now answer any work phone calls from anywhere (you can quit the app to not receive them when needed), the voice mails to email transcript has been a life saver, if i miss a call & they leave a voicemail i get gist of what the the phone call is about before calling them back which is very handy working in a vehicle garage. Thank you all at K5, especially Sam & Adam!

The actual director came to see us in Somerset to discuss our needs. K5's communication every step of the way was perfect. We are so happy with our phones. Thanks to everyone at K5 we now have great modern phones. Any time we need tech support they are immediately on hand to help. They even do all the set up on the phones before they are installed.

We have been with a much bigger telecoms company for years, all they were interested in was selling you extras and using 'I'm your new account manager' as the foot in the door, so with the change to digital looming I liked the sound of K5 being a family run firm (like us), and we haven't been disappointed you talk to the same people time and again who you get to know & build a working relationship with. Our recent install at Hewitts Accountants Ltd was handled by the amazing Danny and the equally fantastic Sam, and coming from our previous supplier, they handled the transition with confidence, and an ease that allowed me to have a particularly busy day with a client and still have a successful install. K5’s approach to customer service is a breath of fresh air, compared with our previous supplier who never seemed to be bothered, because in my opinion, they got too big, and we were lucky if we could ever ever get to talk to anyone within the day, whereas there’s always somebody to talk to at K5. Danny was very professional and friendly really explained everything, so I could understand as Im not a tech jargon. He was very approachable and made the install process seamless without any downtime.
