Each and every member of their small workforce, from sales staff to despatch offer exceptional customer / after sales service, genuinely nothing is too much trouble. Sheffmed are also happy to discuss bespoke equipment trays / instruments tailored to your specific departments need, thereby saving money.This company have ‘saved’ us on many occasions by ensuring next day delivery in times of stock crisis; for example a frantic phone call to them at 5pm recently had them supply (free of charge) all the single use instrument kits required for formal Clinical Examinations the following morning, for this and their ongoing outstanding support I would recommend them to colleagues unreservedly.Sheffmed are a professional and supportive company providing equipment of superb quality for the workplace but they are also keen to support professional projects. They sponsored the production & roll out of national aural care competencies working in conjunction with the Royal College of Nursing.In these challenging times it is refreshing to work with a company who are not only visionary in their approach to business but also pride themselves on the personal touch & some might say, the old fashion values of looking after their customers.
