Today I got my hair cut and dyed professionally for the first time in 4 years. Elena was absolutely amazing, her patience, welcoming personality and skill was definitely noticed and my hair feels so glossy and looks beautiful. I highly recommend this lovely lady at J H hair and beauty.

Do not hesitate to book this place! Elena is hands down THE BEST hairdresser you will ever find.From my initial colour consultation I knew I was in safe hands. Elena thoroughly explained colours that would work for my skin tone, and more importantly she took note of how I care for my hair to see if the colour maintenance was realistic for me. I felt really involved as all the techniques were explained to me without jargon. Her passion really shows in her work & I trusted her entirely! Needless to say I was BLOWN AWAY with the finished result, the pictures don’t do the colour justice but the shine was incredible!My haircut was just as good as the colouring, especially the split end management. I particularly liked that the front layers were cut based on how I wear my hair up, which I thought was really considerate.Overall the service is excellent, but Elena really makes this place special. If you want an incredible cut and colour, an awesome head and neck massage, all whilst having a good laugh then book this place & ask for Elena. She really goes above and beyond for her clients in a way I have never experienced. Book now, you won’t regret it!

This I was my first time going to this salan. I will never be going back again. I could tell the lady who was doing my hair didn’t know what she was doing. She took me upstairs to wash my hair and accidentally used boiling hot water on my hair until she turned it to freezing cold. She gave me a head massage for 5 seconds. Took me downstairs whilst the towel on my head unraveled (could’ve used a clip) anyways she started cutting my hair and cutting the front section into layers which is when I told her I already asked for curtain bangs. She proceeded to tell me she does that last, acting as if she knew what she was doing. I already showed her a reference pic and she couldn’t get the length right? She laughed everytime I said a little shorter. Until she asked another member of staff to cut it as she didn’t know what she was doing? Which didn’t give me much confidence. The other member of staff snipped it off n it looked alright a lot shorter than I intended. I wanted it to frame my face but that is most definitely not what I got. The original lady who did my hair continued to style my hair whilst the other lady watched her as I knew it was so wrong. I style my hair all the time with a blow dryer and she had no clue what she was doing? I did not feel comfortable at all getting my hair done there. Will not be coming back.

Wet cut wasn’t checked by stylist even though I requested more layers. I phoned the next day and explained I wasn’t happy about my haircut as it was very uneven and not cut appropriately for my short bob. Jade was very attentive and corrected the cut. Thank you . Stylists please listen to your clients the first time !

I’ve been using this salon for many years. I moved away to the NW during pandemic and missed their service. I have returned to Warwickshire and did not hesitate to return to JH. Elena has recently transformed my greying brown hair to a glorious pearl white and I love it (and so do my friends)! She is highly skilled in this process and i highly recommend her. My first time ever getting highlights and I couldn’t of been more pleased. Elena took her time to ensure I achieved the best hair possible. She told me many ways in order to care for my hair, suggesting products etc and made me feel very welcome. It was nice to see she was just as pleased to know I was happy with her work. And I would 100% recommend coming here due to her work, among with her other colleagues who are also very friendly. She gave me exactly what I asked for and wanted. (:
