In June this year our gas boiler failed unexpectedly, suddenly bringing forward our proposed plans to switch over to an air source heat pump. After a few weeks trying to find a suitable installer, we had the good fortune to make contact with New Era Renewables. Dale understood the urgency of getting our hot water back on as soon as possible, and personally project-managed and engineered our project to completion with great attention and care. Communication with Dale has been excellent and we were kept well informed of both the BUS grant and installation processes at every stage. All of our questions have been answered without delay and work on the installation started exactly when it was supposed to. Dale worked hard to resolve every issue that came up and kept us fully informed of progress up to when the work was complete and handed over. New Era have provided an excellent installation and great customer service, and we are very happy with the work carried out.
