Broadstone Tennis Club

I haven't played tennis before and thought that I was probably too old to start now. After being assured by friends that this wasn't the case, I started lessons at Broadstone Tennis Club. Everyone I've met there has been really friendly. I was a little worried that it would be a bit elitist, but it isn't.I have been coached with a group of other ladies, by Harry. It has been great fun. I'm going to need a lot of lessons but as I don't intend to play at Wimbledon it doesn't matter. It's a good way of getting a little fitter.Harry is a great coach, he's extremely patient, and has a lovely sense of humour. I really feel that I'm learning something with every lesson.

My 5 year old daughter was having tennis lesson in a different club for over a year. Unfortunately I couldn’t see much progress and decided to try Broadstone Tennis Academy. She’s been having one-to-one lessons with Harry and the difference is astounding! She absolutely loved every lesson and I could also see how much more she is learning. All due to Harry’s brilliant teaching skills and his ability to keep her engaged and focused all through the lesson. Can not recommend enough!

Love being a part of Broadstone tennis club, met such nice people, and James & Harry are great coaches. They make it fun and help me progress all the time. We had an event to celebrate Wimbledon this summer. It was such a nice evening getting together, drinking pimms and playing tennis. Would very much recommend this club!

Harry is my daughter coach and he is brilliant. I wasn’t sure if my daughter would continue with the lessons but he kept her engaged and encouraged her to continue. Her game has improved and she is enjoying it very much. He also is quite accommodating and very reasonably priced.

I have only had 1 lesson and attended 1 cardio session but felt that after the first lesson with Harry I saw improvements within 1 hour. Harry has a great way of explaining things and is really welcoming and helpful. Im hoping to get a few friends down to the Thursday evening sessions as they were good fun and good if you want to get your heart racing. Would recommend.

Today I had a wheelchair Tennis Lesson with Harry. I had such a wonderful experience Harry the Coach is fantastic. The club made me feel Welcome. Harry and James are starting up a disability programme and more wheelchair users need to get on the court. I can't explain how much sports help with physical and mental wellness. If you fancy a go at wheelchair Tennis then seriously give this club ago. You will not be disappointed.

Harry and James planned a fun and varied tennis session for my group of adults with learning disabilities. They timed the switch of activities perfectly and engaged with all members of the group, ensuring that they praised and acknowledged everyone's contribution. At my groups' request I have already booked further tennis sessions with the club and we all look forward to more fun and games.

I started tennis lessons with Harry a couple of months ago and couldn’t recommend him more. As a complete novice in tennis, I was pretty bad but Harry is really patient and focuses on helping me understand the basics and improve my technique. I am loving tennis more with every session and looking forward to joining the club in the New Year.

Really friendly club with great coaching and fun classes. My husband and I have been made to feel very welcome since we joined recently as complete beginners. Reasonable prices for membership, coaching and classes as well. Highly recommend.

Have loved having Harry as my coach, he is fantastic at easing the sessions in, making you feel comfortable and confident- and catering the session to what you want to learn! The atmosphere is always cheerful, relaxed and ideal for any level of tennis- beginner to advanced! Couldn't recommend this club enough.
