Excellent experience. Food was superb. Very well balanced. We had the chefs menu which was really good. Staff were really friendly and efficient. Would definitely return.

Booked this on a whim from miles away, no idea what it was like came to visit our son who is at uni in Bristol for his birthday. Atmosphere was really relaxed and friendly, not stiff and formal. Food was really good, lived up to the hype. Staff were amazing as well, really attentive and we were treated like individuals, a tough skill in a busy restaurant. Shame we live in Hampshire else we'd visit more often. Loved it.

Absolutely incredible experience. The wait staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. Had the best time here. I highly recommend the chefs special. Great value and some taste experiences I never would have tried! From ribs that melt in your mouth to smoked flavourful olives every course was a delight.

Amazing meal! Went twice within a month. that's how good it was. The staff is superb, not pretentious, just cool, and attentive while being polite for the michelin star rating.Open kitchen, met the chef, and would like to say Sammy is an amazing host, legend! The food menu is comprehensive at a reasonable price less so on the drinks, expensive but expected. The food preparation, presentation and quality was simply mind blowing, super tasteful!Well done, you got that magic formula!

Great spot for a birthday treat, a very fun place. Great spot for a date or with friends.Had my 24th birthday here and couldn’t of enjoyed it more,The food was obviously great, but the service was pushing more than 1 star. Skilled and knowledgeable staff. This will be the most expensive tapas you’ll eat in your life but it’s most definitely worth it at least once.

Excellent meal. Pork ribs were frankly amazing, chorizo in cider, ham croquettes and hake fillet also a highlight. A pork lovers paradise! Excellently looked after by Sam also. I'll highly recommend it to anyone who'll listen, and those that aren't listening.

It's unusual for a more casual restaurant to get a Michelin star but this one deserves it. I recommend the chefs selection if you really want to experience everything and have it with the sherry pairing if you like it! Well worth a visit!

5 Visit to Paco! Great food! Excellent service. Ever disappoint. If they have the Sole fish on the menu during your visit, I highly recommend it. It is absolutely incredible and is well prepared. The staff are all incredible and they recommended the most exquisite bottle of wine!
