She uses different tools and techniques to help you understand the core problem. She has amazing listening ability. Money Well Spent! I loved my coaching with Lesley, she made it fun yet precision lasered, we accomlished so much, I felt awesome after our session. I've used it to implement changes that I know will bring rewards & benefits, quickly. I recently completed the 6 Steps of Unshakable Confidence with Lesley and WOW! The delivery, the content and what I learnt about myself over those 6 weeks has resulted in a massive shift in my mindset. I completed the course just before Christmas and the usual associated stress that comes with that time of year was zilch because I was able to deal with things in a whole new way. The attention to detail and the way Lesley made it personal to me on an individual level, added even more value. Even after completion has been ongoing support, as I have several empowering techniques that I can now utilize when I feel I need to. I have just completed the 8 week Hypno slim with Lesley. I like lots of people have done Slimming World and had got fed up with not keeping the weight off. Hypno slim is a different approach, throughout the 8 weeks via workbooks and online coaching and weekly Hypnosis , you cover areas such as Values, beliefs and what we are doing to sabotage our own weigh loss journey.I now have the knowledge and tools to continue with my weight loss journey. I lost 19cm over the period and feel so much better. This is definitely the start of my journey. I just participated in an online ' Create Your own Vision Board' session with Lesley and it was absolutely amazing. Lesley sent s pre session information about what to think about and to prepare for the session which was really well presented and helped me immensely to get the most from the session . During the session Lesley delivered two very inspiring and for me emotional hypnosis sessions , which helped me feel from deep in my soul I can actually achieve the images I have placed on my vision board I created . I had the privilege of working with Lesley and experiencing her expertise in Timeline Therapy. It was a truly unique journey, designed around my needs. I have recently finished a 6 week course on Confidence, with Lesley. The course was excellent and I would recommend everyone does it. I wasn't sure whether I really needed it but boy, did it pack a punch!! I discovered so much about myself and the programming that I had been subjected to and was still living my life by.
