Lisa was super friendly and took Amazing photos to capture the early days of our baby.However the only negative thing ls was that when we arrived we had to wait for an hour for her to set up baring in mind we made sure she had a bottle and nappy change just before hand.The other thing is that communication is very difficult and often you don’t get a reply for almost a week or more.I had to follow up multiple times about my photos when I was given a 2-3 week rough guideline to when they would be done and it took closer to a month and I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t follow it up and send an email.I fully understand it’s hard to do something like that in moments you’re free and I couldn’t have cared if it took 3 months to do but I would have just appreciated a little more communication especially when i have already paid £450 that’s all.Overall I really cannot fault the photos as they are amazing and I’m so so grateful but I just wish I was made a bit more aware of the experience to expect especially when spending that amount of money.
