I went to Beggs in Elgin and they ordered my boots from Peterhead. I'm confused as to why they went to Atherstone first before getting delivered to me at home address? Other than that I was very pleased with my order.

Ordered shoes, they arrived within 3 days and a perfect fit- so glad I chose Begg Shoes.As it happens the trainers are are a perfect fit and better than expected being so very lightweight, however if they hadn't been right and had needed returning Begg shoes offer a low cost returns label which would have saved any hassle.Carolann sent a very nice message in with the shoes and the overall feeling was that this company cares. I guess we're all guilty of jumping on Amazon to place orders but let's give these smaller outlets the chance to compete, not only on goods but on service too.I find it very difficult to get adult size 2/ 34- 35 shoes so maybe i should look at this retailer more oftenThanks to you all at Begg Shoes.

Thank you to Begg Shoes in both Peterhead and Perth for their excellent service. Purchased shoes and bag that arrived promptly from each store with a lovely thank you for your custom note from Sales Advisors, Charlene and Brenda which was a lovely touch. Shoes fitted perfectly and matching bag is great. Had both within a week of purchase including updates along the way. I have to admire the way Begg Shoes handled the entire customs/VAT issue as a result of Brexit, there were absolutely no issues and both arrived via Royal Mail and our An Post here in Ireland without any charges for VAT or customs simply because the seller knew how to handle everything correctly and apply the proper declaration forms. If every other sme did this in the the U.K. there would be no issue and you should all take a guidance from Begg Shoes on how to properly run a business that will not be impacted by the silliness of Brexit that is if you wish to survive in these changing times.
