Crystal Cleans

Disappointed with the service. I will never go for them again.The first 4 to 5 months were great but then the quality of the cleaning went downhill. The admin became erratic, with the team turning up at different time or different day than agreed.I’ve cancelled my subscription only to find out that they carried on taking payment from my account. They pretended they would refund me, but after six months of calls, messages and email I am still waiting for it.

Na’Quelle was very professional and helpful she visited to do a pre-clean survey to provide a quote for a deep clean after building works. The clean was carried out perfectly and exceeded my expectations. They really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you! I will be using your services on a regular basis moving forward.
