Almost every time I meet the staff about 40-50 age wearing the glasses is horrible experience, I am afraid she might be a racist, for I don't why she didn't allow me have the paper statements from her and I wait in the queue for than than 20 minutes and I want some cash to withdraw, she let me just go to the ATM, but another staff is really nice.

little more than a cashpoint. they have no one on site to actually deal with queries it seems. the desk staff (in an empty branch) claimed they couldn't help me with my account question.

Always had good and helpful service here, rarely a queue. Believe there is an ATM inside if you're not comfortable using the one on the street.
