Thanks to Margaret and the team at Central Pet Cremations. We were absolutely devastated when our beautiful 5-year old Lab was diagnosed with a tumour in her heart and 7 weeks later had to be put to sleep. The really looked after her, treated her (and us) with such kindness. Very caring and professional. When I collected Luna's ashes they were beautifully presented, cannot thank them enough.

Sadly our wee old man Scamp crossed the rainbow bridge at the weekend. The service received from Central Pet Cremations in Falkirk was second to none. They showed us kindness, care and compassion at such a difficult time. They are so professional that we know Scamp was well looked after. We can't recommend them highly enough.

I have used Central Pet Cremations several times in the past but most recently for Jethro my beloved Labrador. The fact they are a family business was evident in the professional way everything was handled from our final moments saying goodbye to Jethro to his ashes being returned in the beautiful frame.Wouldnt have entrusted him to anyone else.

You have taken care of my two Weimaraners and your service was excellent. Their ashes were in a beautiful wooden box with a sprig of flowers on it. I wouldn’t hesitate to use your service again.❤️

Our cat Edward recently passed and we didn't really know the process of what to do next. Well what can I say except outstanding . My wee Bryan took not well May weekend and sadly had to be put to sleep . I called central pet cremations and spoke with Margaret who assured me they would take care of Bryan they had him back to me within 3 days of that phone call amazing service cannot thank them enough x

They took care of my little snowball, I can't drive so they collected him from my vet and returned his ashes there, it's made this whole thing a bit easier for me not having to worry about anything, thanks so much ❤️

I would like to thank David, Margaret and all the team at central pet cremations, for taking such good care of my beautiful little house cat, Misty after she sadly passed away on the 6th April 2023. Misty was looked after with such dignity, love and compassion by the team at Central Pet Cremation right up until we collected Misty’s ashes on the 18th April 2023.Central Pet Cremation team were absolutely compassionate, supportive and nothing was a bother to them. I thank them on behalf of Misty, for looking after myself after she passed away. My family are eternally grateful to them, and we will never forget the kindness shown to us. My daughter, Samantha also used the services of Central Pet Cremation after she lost two of her beloved guinea pigs.Overall, a superb company. Truly excellent customer service from a family company. We've been unfortunate enough to have two cats pass away close together. It was very important to us that we knew our babies would be treated with respect and dignity. Margaret and David have been so kind, happy to answers questions and keep us updated at every stage. It's been a very emotional time but I am happy to know my cats were in their care. Thank you.
