Our first experience with the pop up shop at ponds forge for the Yorkshires. Treated my son to new training and racing goggles. Didn’t catch the man’s name, he was very professional and friendly. He had my son try multiple different pairs to make sure each item fit properly and felt good on him. We had no price limit as they were a treat and it was a nice surprise to see, when I checked the store online later the goggles we tried had ranged from £10-£30+ but there was absolutely no push for us to buy the expensive ones. He genuinely wanted my son to have the ones that fit him best, whereas other places would’ve probably tried to push the more expensive ones on us. We chatted about swimming and he knows his stuff, saw him again the next day and he was great with my son again. Also nice to know their shop sells branded items at a fair bit cheaper than I’ve seen elsewhere! I’ll be doing an online order soon. Thanks.

Going on long haul holiday time to update swimwearDisappointing day yesterday went to all the big stores in metro centre and DecathlonHardly any stocks of mens trunks and what was there was navy or blackFound Ness on Google this morning so decided to drive along todayIt was a good call loads of stock and different designs and many many coloursVery helpful on getting my size and style ..handy changing room tooCant fault this place for anything to do with swimming..extremely knowledgeable and very friendlyI will be backThankyou for your help and advice guys

Phoned for advice on a race suit, was given amazing advice on size and suit to go for - size was out of stock and the company checked stocked that had just arrived and updated on website immediately for me to order. Suit arrived one day later and is perfect - excellent customer service both on phone and delivery also swimsuit very reasonable price in comparison to other sites

We would be lost with out the expert help and advice from this shop. We turn up with no idea what size or type of suit our daughter needs for competing and we are always looked after.Thank you.

Visited the store a few weeks ago after some disastrous purchases of racing suits online with other stores. The help, guidance and advice from the staff was amazing. My daughter now has her first racing suit and knows exactly how to get it on! A fantastic range of suits and swimming accessories, we will be back and won’t shop online again. We live about 45 minutes drive and it’s was without a doubt worth the journey. Thank you so much!

Placed order, Ness Swimwear took the payment, 2 days later I receive an email to say the item is out of stock & would I like to choose an alternative or have a refund. Requested a refund. 24hrs later I'm still waiting for the refund & the person I'm dealing with cannot tell me when I will receive it, it's down to their bank. This is very frustrating & annoying for 2 reasons - 1, they should not have accepted the order & taken payment for an out-of-stock item & 2, the refund should be immediate just as it was when I paid them. Not at all happy!

We popped into the Ness Swimwear shop, whilst visiting family in Northumberland. I needed to get some new swim costumes for my daughter. The shop is well stocked from different brands and the staff are amazing! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I wish we had a swim wear shop like this where we live!! I will definitely be ordering online from them in the future and will be visiting the shop again when we are up in that area.

Very helpful at winter nationals yesterday to explain how to get racing trunks on and off with also explaining how the size guide is different to training trunks to my mumAnd they also went through all the different types of racing trunks and helped my mum understand racing trunks further

For a family fairly new to competitive swimming Ness were very helpful. Staff were very knowledgeable and recommended the kit appropriate to the level in which my son swims. We will definitely be returning to Ness.
