Glenuig Community Shop

About a 7-minute drive from the Glenuig community shop, on road A861 towards Glenuig, there is this breathtaking and spectacular spot right at the foot of Lochailort. A must place to make a stop and enjoy this amazing landscape.This beautiful site isn't specified on google maps (and if it was allowed by Google maps to add on my own, I would certainly make my review there) as it is part of Lochailort, but it's a special place in my heart and I'm glad to share my pictures with you, so you can find it too.As I already mentioned it's on route A861 just two minutes from the  Roshven caravan park and 7 minutes from theGlenuig community shop. These beautiful little rocky isles in the middle of the lake just in front of the road, make this view stunning and unforgettable.We found this extraordinary spot just from driving through the A861 rout and after stopping right in front of these small isles, we actually fathomed in our heads what a magnificent view we got to see without any specific directions or signs handed to us beforehand.Well, like many other spectacular sceneries in Scotland, this one too is a spot to capture in your heart and photography, a place to remember from your visit to Scotland.You can also choose to make your stop at the Roshven caravan park which is two minutes away and walk up in just about 10 minutes to enjoy this gorgeous scenery.

Live saver. Only place that was open on a Sunday after 2pm.

Travelling through I stopped for a cup of tea, had lovely chat with the lady there, she gave me lovely hug as I left. X

On a recent visit, i was overtired, and sick of driving, the Lovely lady at this post office, made me a cup of tea, and let me use her computer for a brief look up, And was happy to chat to me, till i woke up enough to continue driving, i will forever be thankful, As im sure this little break saved my life, if it didnt it saved me from going insane on those roads... As i was very weary. I made it safe back to Australia! Thank you.
