BFIT is a wonderfully open, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all abilities to exercise in a safe place. Bethany is knowledgeable and makes working out fun, and challenging! Can't recommend enough.

BFit came to my rescue when my previous plqce shut down. BFit is the best!! The focus on technique is not something I've had with other PT. I don't just turn up and have a go, I'm getting better with every session, and that's because of the fantastic coaching from the very knowledgeable Bethany, Jazzmyn and James. The training is varied and adapted to suit my goals, and the evaluations don't just focus on weight or body measurements, there's a whole range of things I didn't even know about! Thank you Beth!

Love this place. It's so supportive, regardless of size and fitness levels. The coaches are so empowering and knowledgeable. The place itself it spotless and well maintained. I would recommend BFIT to anyone and everyone

I joined on a trial month in January. Wow what a difference. Six weeks later I feel so much healthier, have more energy and my constant aching has eased. All the coaches are very supportive and tailor exercises to individual need. I’m never bored as the variety is excellent. I can’t believe the progress I’ve made. Thank you Beth and team you’re fab. X
