Ordered sample pack on Tues 8th and arrived Thursday 10th August as promised. Excellent service, very pleased!

Slow delivery! They said to expect bricks by Wednesday to Friday last week, I've chased their external delivery company myself twice and now they're saying they wont deliver until Wednesday this week - a whole week later than expected.Now they have arrived they are good quality and the same size as advertised but they have a divot in them which we weren't expecting, however we can make them work.

Total waste of time and fuel. Phoned them at 2pm to confirm that some ridges advertised on ebay were still available. Was advised that they were still there . Arrived at the yard an hour later to find a collection of non matching ridges with no more than 6 alike and none like the advert. Complained to the lad who served" me that I'd travelled 25 miles to fetch them and he couldn't have cared less. Complete chancers and a very unfriendly service on arrival. Give them a miss"

Horrible service from start to finish.I purchased samples of bricks for £24+vat, My client chose a brick, I then ordered them. The price seemed higher than expected as the bricks were suppose to be £1.56 per brick and my quoted price was £1.68. I questioned this stating those prices and to please check they have the correct brick to which I was ignored.The bricks that arrived were different and alot smaller meaning I would need a further 150 bricks (not including waste) to finish the project.I mentioned this to them and again I was ignored.Because of this I drove 1.5hrs to pick up more bricks as I needed them, I purchased a further 250 bricks to make sure and noone was in the office to speak to regarding any of this, the yard worker helped me.Upon completion of my clients project I drove another 1.5hrs back to their yard to return 106 bricks as per there 14 days return policy I should have been easily done, as many contractors know its very common to return left over materials to a merchant especially if the company buys and sells reclaimed bricks.I was told they would not accept them.Rather than letting these beautiful brick go to waste I decided to give then away for free to someone can use and enjoy these bricks in the future as it seems a waste.Overall terrible experience I lost alot of money and will not be using them again.

The bricks were of very poor quality and all different sizes. Tried to return them but they refused so I am now £9000 out of pocket and ended up buying more from a different company. Do not use this company. Read the trustpilot reviews.

Was delivered my bricks as promised. Very happy with them and the driver was exceptional. Great customer service, dealt with the problems around our property well (wires above) and was great with the kids high fiving them at the end once all was delivered!
