Had the installation a year ago and if I am honest that went well. They did all they could to hide the cable under the floor.HOWEVER, issues arise now there is a problem. The zappi unit wasn't working correctly and was to be replaced under warranty. Zappi sent the unit directly to me. I am still awaiting this outfit to come and fit it.It seems they are happy to take the money for the initial install but have no competence to sort out after sales issues. Poor, poor scheduling. Would avoid off the back of the after sales support. I suspect they don't pay enough for engineers to want to work for them, hence their lack of them.

3☆ review because the EV installer never turned up on the booked day & I wasn't informed about the no show. Wasted a full day waiting for the installer. When I rang the CS team they knew the installer wasn't coming but didn't bother to inform me!!!Rebooked for install & Joe was fantastic. Very tidy work. Very quick & easy. Polite & informative.

Awful is an understatement.I have been waiting since May to have my charging point installed.I have had 2 visits, on which both times the job was unfinished and they required a 2nd engineer to come.Since, I have had 2 cancelled appointments, both where nothing has been communicated with me and the engineers have just been no shows. I have a full time job and run my own business so it’s totally unacceptable that this has happened.I will be sending through a formal complaint and expect a resolution within 48hoursJust awful service.

We finally had our Indra Pro installed in mid-August nearly 4 months after our initial enquiry. To date it is not charging correctly (max 4.4kW/hr instead of 7.8kW/hr). I've phoned countless times and other than one occasion they do not have the courtesy to return calls or seem to have any urgency in fixing the problem. Today I have had the identical conversation to a fortnight ago, that it is being escalated and I will hear back shortly.I am at the point of asking them to come and uninstall and give me my money back.I would not consider them for any future work.

The most worst experience I have ever had , they promise to paying over bonus etc but then they will get your installation scores down very sneaky way as you wouldn't find it easily and never pay any extra money for your hardworking ever they promised to!Unfortunately not recommending this company as over than 4 of my friends were having the same experience as I had !

I have had the worst experience with Charged EV. I am writing this on the FOURTH time my home installation has been cancelled. On this occasion, I received no phone call, email or text message to say the appointment was not going ahead. Zero communication. I actually received a text yesterday to confirm the appointment. Ironic.The first booking for home install was on the 22nd of August, when the engineer called in sick and my booking had to be rescheduled on the day of the appointment. Another engineer was booked on the 23rd, where he did a part install. The original engineer was due on the 29th to complete the installation, due to illness again apparently cancelled on the day he was supposed to be arriving again. The final appointment was scheduled for today - 7th September to complete the installation and guess who didn't show up.I am fed up, frustrated and disappointed. I have a driveway part finished whilst we await Charged EV's home install. I have had to reschedule completion the number of times Charged EV think is acceptable to reschedule my appointment. I work FULL TIME, I have two children and various after school commitments that need planning around an incapable organisation like this. How they retain a contract with Tusker I will never know.I will be sending a formal complaint AGAIN for the lack of attendance and communication.Would never recommend this organisation. Find a reputable, reliable and responsible organisation. This is a shoddy excuse of a company. Very unprofessional.

ChargedEV installed a smart charger a year and a half ago. It has never worked properly, only connecting to the internet sporadically. One of their engineers said that I needed a new charger fitting as the one I had was faulty so they sent a different engineer. As the connection was working when the second engineer arrived I was told that there wasn’t a problem. Shortly after he left it failed again. Eventually I was told that I could have a new charger but that there was issues with stock. Obviously this was not true as they were still able to fit chargers for new installations. For the past year I have been using a standard socket for charging or using the charger when it worked. This was generally after resetting it.The engineers seem to know what they are doing but I get nowhere when talking to ChargedEV.

Absolutely awful service, the worst customer experience I have had for years. They have cancelled on 2 occasions with no phone call, they refuse to ring back and their management hide away when requested to explain why they can't deliver. Avoid them at all costs!!!

I’m very happy with the installation carried out by Dave. I unexpectedly received a call while at work to say that they had a cancellation and was I available for an installation this afternoon. Naturally the answer was yes and if they needed access then my neighbour had a key. I’d manage to get home before Dave left but he did ring to tell me the job had been completed and how to access the app and talk about the trip unit. He closed that if had any problems to contact him. On my return from work what a pleasant surprise to see the excellent handwork that had been carried out. (Especially since it had been raining all day) I’m over the moon with the quality of the work and the neatness. 1st class work from a highly recommended company.

Paid in full for installation, this company have cancelled 3 times then did not show today, 4th appointment. Called to ask when installer would arrive to be told they had called us last Friday to rearrange. This is completely untrue. Asked to speak to manager told all in meeting. Asked for full refund as they are in breach of contract, told need to speak to manager and they would get one to call us. No word from them yet. Emailed and called but no response. . Do not pay this company in advance and wish I'd read these reviews before booking them, would have gone with someone else.
