Jamie and his team at Mounts Removals moved us from Faversham up to the Northwest. We also had some of our belongings in storage with them prior to the move. Excellent company, very friendly, very efficient. Recommended!

Mounts removals of Faversham- what can I say. Words just don't say how professional they are. From the time of phoning them, recieving a quote from them and arranging a day for our removal, they kept in contact until we could give a positive date.On the day of the removal, the team turned up on time, were very friendly and professional, explaining what their plan was. They dismantled a large wardrobe and then reassembled it in the new house.Nothing was too much trouble for them to put items into our preferred rooms. All in all, the complete move ran very smoothly and just like clockwork.I would recommend this company to everyone. 100% satisfaction.

Jamie and his crew looked after us recently when we moved to our new home in Whitstable packed and moved us no fuss. We moved from Whitstable to Herne Bay in March. The move was very stressful but lucky we found a good removal company in Mount Removals. Their team arrived on time took the stress away and they were very polite and courteous team. We had a problem moving our old arm chairs into the new place in herne bay the chairs were too wide for the stairwell accessing our flat. So we asked if they could dispose them for us, unfortunately they couldn’t get hold of a manager to get a quote and the team agreed to take the chairs back to the yard and hold them until we arranged with the council to collect them. This company went above and beyond an expected level of service and I am very grateful. Highly recommend.

Amazing service throughout! We really cannot fault Mounts Removals and would recommend to anyone. The team were very friendly and helpful throughout, even though the weather was not on our side. They made what could have been a stressful move so much more easier. And for this we are extremely thankful.We looked for several quotes and Mounts were competitive and fair. They were responsive to our queries, even during our re-quote which was last minute.

A fantastic team that will do everything they can to help you move easily and effortlessly as possible. They even managed to get a large bed up a narrow staircase that I did not think they would be able to do. Well done and next time we move we will defiantly be using you again.

Above and beyond.Professional, friendly and so helpful.Our sofa and fridge/freezer wouldn't fit through our front door! After much deliberation Jamie was amazing and took the doors off the fridge freezer to get it in the door and then put them back on when in place.They kept the sofa in the van overnight whilst we were waiting for a glazier to come the next morning, to take out our lounge window to get the sofa in.They were punctual on both days and very efficient.I had a newborn baby at the time and struggled to pack up the last bits here and there, so they helped me and moved everything no problem.Thank you!
