Great learning place for MSc International Business program

Solent university campus is a real mess. Some professor were not helpful and we wasted mostly of the time talking about personal things instead of focusing on the material and subject (computing). We had a situation where we insisted the professor to explain the material he was giving to us and he didn’t know, so he walked out of the class and came back only in the end of the session.Air conditioning would never work during summer and heater was boiling during winter, we never had pleasant temperature in the class.

The student service team is really frustrating! It takes forever for them to provide a term letter. Honestly, their service is terrible

Not a real campus. No students community. No caffetteria.Most teachers seem tired and lacking of motivation. Majority of them don’t speak properly in English.The logistics of this organisation is really messy and they never respect deadlines on anything.There is no support for students and each teacher seems to have different ideas on how the grading system works.Avoid at all cost.

Academically goodTeaching staff are also quite good but some of them are really baised and it's impacting students

Not a good experience. The African guy in the reception is so rude to everyone. Not even once I haven't seen him nice to anyone. Wish he learns how to show some respect in a professional way. They literally hired a trash!

I really don't like any services of ulster university because my first semester is finished and I paid my first installment and still I didn't received my payment receipt and also qa finance didn't reply me.i sent many emails but still no reply Alsofrom one month I continuously try to get my student oyster but still I didn't receive my student oyster I paid 20 fees for this as I sent mail to tfl and they told me that your university is didn't reply me for approval. Really such a bad service I have ever seen .they told me that within5 working days I will send you your oyster but still it didn't accept the approval of tfl then how they will send it to me they always take your fees first but didn't reply I just want suggest all people please please please never select ulster university for you better future because it's not worthwhile. They like to take our fees first but not like to give their services this is not fair. And they are selfish when they need their fees then they will reply to you within seconds. Such a poor service.

Worst experience. I have completed the studies and got final result 2 months ago and requested term time letter from university and QAHE to visit my home country. Both said I can't go even tho my studies are finished but I have not been awarded the degree which will take at least 2 more months so I can neither work full time or go back home.

The worst University in London. Poor service, quality and horrible facilities. The AC hasn’t been working for 4 years. It is like an oven on summer.

I'm Asking for my refund which I've paid £5510.00.It's been 45 days and every time I call them they say we'll pay you in 3 weeks, it's been 5 weeks now and nobody's responding.Finance department says we're not responsible for this, refund team will contact you, After an argument they transferred my call to refund team and the guy says I'm new and my manager is on holidays and he can't take that step.unbelievable service, it's a big scam this university.be careful people who wants to join this university just be careful them service is absolutely rubbish.
