Recently purchased Alesis dm10 mkii 11 pro from Rimmers Music Bkackburn, the kit is fantastic for anyone who is thinking of purchasing one, but the best thing there is the service and back up you get. Sam sold me the kit and his help and attention was and still is second to none..I originally went up to york to gear4 music and made a special trip where the service was abysmal, lacking in enthusiasm and knowledge, so I thought I would try a smaller store more local. That was the best move I made. Sam and Rimmers have been very efficient and professional. I had small problem which they are sorting out quickly and with enthusiasm. Can't praise them enough. Proper customer service. Good for you.
