Excellent service

With only 2 days notice, Reasonable Movers were able to step in and help relocate my family and I 200miles away. They were professional, friendly and extremely good value for money. I will definitely use Reasonable Movers again!!!

Respectful and a very helpful team.I was helped with my move by Michael and Adam. They took care of all my items as if they were their own and they didn’t complain about heavy items or items that I had not mentioned prior to the move as I had forgotten. All in all this was the by far the easiest move I’ve ever made. Reasonably priced and a high quality service.

Well worth it!This company helped move my parents from their house into their new bungalow. They helped with packing, packing materials are also included in the price so it was less hassle for us and the move was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend using this company! The guys are very respectful and the office is very easy to get hold of if you have any queries.

Terrible. Communication started off well and they were flexible on moving days. However on the day of the move, a van that was only just able to fit in our belongings arrived. Before, we had sent videos of our belongings and a list of what we had. This clearly had not fully been taken into account. Our belongings were shoved into the van in order to make them fit by the removal men. This resulted in an essential part of the bed being bent significantly, which the men tried to bend back into shape. Much of our furniture is scratched or chipped as they didn’t seem to use any protective blankets in the van. We also lost a whole set of plates and glasses, as they were all broken upon arrival. After the move, we were told that we would be able to claim on their insurance and that they would get back to us after payment was received. We paid on the day but this resulted in confusion and a threaten of bailiffs (due to a miscommunication between people at the company). This was then resolved and a receipt was received. After several attempts of communication a few weeks after the move, I have had no reply about the plates. Really not pleased by the service we received. Would not recommend.

Punctual, Professional and careful!Reasonable movers helped move my family out of our old flat into our new home. The team they sent were helpful and very respectful of our belongings. The prices are very competitive but the quality if the service is unmatched. I have used other companies to move in the past, however, none if my previous moves have been as smooth as this one! I hired the Reasonable Movers Ltd last week and I was thoroughly impressed. They arrived early, was very fast with the removal process and very friendly. They were efficient and careful with the fragile items. I had to book them very last minute and I greatly appreciated that they adjusted to my timings and booked me in. The price was very perfect and cheaper then all the other quotes I received. Overall extremely happy with services and I would definitely recommend them!
